How do I unsubscribe from alerts?

If you signed up for email alerts, when you get the email alert, there is an unsubscribe option at the bottom.
 
If you signed up for text alerts, return to the sign up page, fill in the information you signed up with/for and click unsubscribe. Once you select ‘Both’ or ‘Text’, the unsubscribe option will appear.
